They recently debuted their Caesars Sportsbook mobile application, enabling users to wager from their devices. This follows the December opening of their physical sportsbook at Casino Metro.
However, BetMGM had an initial advantage. They were the pioneers in launching a sports betting app in Puerto Rico a month prior, expanding upon their physical sportsbook presence at the Casino del Mar within San Juan’s La Concha Resort.
Currently, those interested in utilizing the Caesars app must first register online and then finalize the process with an in-person visit to Casino Metro. Their establishment boasts an impressive setup, featuring betting windows and self-service kiosks.
Caesars expresses great enthusiasm for this launch, viewing it as a crucial element in their strategy to provide a premium gaming experience within Puerto Rico.
The head honcho at the casino, Ismael Vega, is thrilled about their latest mobile application. He claims it allows their high rollers to lay wagers anytime, anywhere on the island, utilizing Caesars Sportsbook.
He believes this user-friendly app elevates their MetroBets platform, enabling responsible wagering from any location on the island. He’s also observed a significant surge in patrons since the inauguration of the Caesars Sportsbook at the casino.
Furthermore, there’s additional positive news! For the first time in history, residents of Puerto Rico can enroll in Caesars Rewards, their customer loyalty program.
