Sportingtech, a leading force in the iGaming technology sector, has named Claire Bayliss as their Chief People Officer. Boasting an extensive thirty-year background in Human Resources, Bayliss contributes a wealth of knowledge from her prior positions at organizations such as GAN and Ask.com.

Her professional path commenced at EMI Group, where she cultivated her abilities as an HR Manager for almost ten years. This preceded a prosperous period at Turner Broadcasting, where she sustained her excellence in a comparable role.

Bayliss’s career trajectory then led her to Ask.com, where she assumed the duties of HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with executives on all facets of personnel administration, encompassing performance assessments, training, and professional growth.

In 2016, she joined GAN, initially serving as Head of HR before ascending to the position of HR Director for Europe. Her tenure at GAN, exceeding seven years, demonstrates her leadership capabilities and mastery within the domain.

At Sportingtech, Bayliss will hold a crucial position in molding the company’s HR approach. Her priorities will center on cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace, enticing top-tier talent, and guaranteeing Sportingtech maintains its competitive edge within the dynamic iGaming industry.

Discussing her latest position at Sportingtech, Belis stated, “Our team is the bedrock of Sportingtech’s accomplishments, and that’s why I’m excited to become a part of this exceptional organization as Chief People Officer. I anticipate working alongside Sportingtech’s current staff and fresh faces, participating in the company’s victories, and propelling the company’s ongoing advancement.”

Sportingtech’s CEO, Tom Ustuner, remarked, “It’s with great pleasure that we formally welcome Claire as our new Chief People Officer. For more than twenty years, Claire has excelled in constructing high-achieving teams and cultivating positive workplace atmospheres.”

This past week has witnessed a flurry of arrivals and exits within the sector… The proclamation of Aline Barbour as Super Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, RSI’s designation of Brian Sapp as CMO, and Gustav Georgevsson’s selection to head the public relations division at Svenska Spel are merely a handful!
