Crown Sydney Receives Approval for Casino Operations

Crown Resorts is delighted to share that the New South Wales Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority (ILGA) has given the go-ahead for Crown Sydney to begin casino operations. This positive step allows Crown Sydney to unveil its exclusive gaming area, accessible only to members.

The approval includes an initial provisional gaming timeframe, concluding on December 31, 2023. Throughout this period, Crown Sydney will collaborate closely with ILGA and its independent overseer, Kroll Associates, to exhibit its dedication to ethical gaming practices and highlight the extensive changes implemented as part of its remediation strategy.

This accomplishment follows significant interaction with ILGA, along with other state and national regulatory bodies. Crown has committed itself to a substantial overhaul of its practices, reflecting its aim to become a world leader in responsible gaming.
