Wagering solutions giant, BetMakers, has secured crucial resources from Racelab Global, a firm recognized for its groundbreaking horse racing offerings and advancements. The agreement, estimated at AUD 1.5 million (roughly USD 1 million), grants BetMakers control of ProForm and Odds Engine.
ProForm, a robust data examination and content enhancement instrument, will be incorporated into BetMakers’ current framework, improving their race-day management, data interpretation, and live broadcast services. The inclusion of Odds Engine, a sophisticated pricing and exchange mechanism, will reinforce BetMakers’ capacity to provide highly precise wagering platforms.
This calculated acquisition is projected to not only elevate BetMakers’ technology and computational models but also create avenues for broadening their services within the greyhound racing domain and potentially into motorsports.
BetMakers Chief Executive, Jake Henson, conveyed his excitement regarding the acquisition, affirming that these resources possess vast possibilities for the company. He contends that the obtained technologies will substantially fortify BetMakers’ racing network, benefiting both wagering providers and rights owners worldwide.
We possessed immense enthusiasm for this procurement, perceiving it as a monumental stride for our organization. We anticipate it yielding substantial value, significantly augmenting both our financial gains and overall profitability, with effects commencing as soon as the subsequent year.”
This declaration follows a succession of significant developments for the enterprise. Anthony Princi, their Chief Financial Officer for over half a decade, relinquished his position in the latter part of March. Subsequently, BetMakers proclaimed a novel collaboration with GiG to furnish sports information and wagering services for their SportX platform.
