**Gaming Leader Aristocrat Welcomes Seasoned Executive Aument to its Directors**

Aristocrat Leisure, a prominent player in the gaming and entertainment sector, has bolstered its executive ranks by naming Jennifer Aument as an Independent Director. Aument contributes a wealth of knowledge in global management and a demonstrated history of success in infrastructure creation and management.

Aument’s notable career spans more than two and a half decades, during which she has held significant roles at major infrastructure firms. In her most recent position, she acted as the Worldwide Transportation Chief Executive at AECOM, overseeing a team exceeding 14,000 specialists. Her proficiency extends to the North American region, where she functioned as President and CEO of Transurban.

Neil Chatfield, Aristocrat Leisure’s Chairman, conveyed his excitement regarding Aument’s addition, emphasizing her comprehensive grasp of the U.S. and Australian markets, intricate logistics networks, and large-scale project execution. He further acknowledged her as a forward-thinking figure in consumer-focused digital technology, a crucial expansion area for the gaming sector.

Aument’s capabilities reach beyond infrastructure and technology. Her background encompasses public relations and government affairs, having held a senior role at Bechtel Infrastructure and served as a Commissioner for the Virginia Port Authority. She currently holds positions on advisory councils for Cornell University and the Eno Center for Transportation.

Chatfield also shared, “Her dedication to prioritizing individuals and her impressive history of philanthropy make her a perfect fit for Aristocrat. We are excited to welcome her and eager to witness the contributions she will make.” Her official board appointment is contingent upon the successful completion of standard regulatory processes. This development follows closely behind Aristocrat’s recent collaboration with Inspired, revealed last month, focused on creating virtual sports wagering material for the National Football League.
